Pricing for these services is based off your volume. 3 months of your warranty repair order counts and your warranty parts and labor sales for the same period are used to provide pricing.
Warranty Processing is our primary business. We recieve your claims that are ready to process. These claims should have a complete concern, cause, and correction. The dealership should provide the labor operation and have the tech flagged for what they should be paid. FWP will audit, code, submit, and follow your claims! Any questions or concerns on a particular claim are sent back to the dealership on a cover sheet, these items once addressed are carried through the rest of the process.
Pricing is based on your volume and while we can charge a percentage of paid claims if that is your preference it is often more economical for the dealership for us to charge a flat fee!
Schedule review is another area where we service our dealerships. A schedule review is the best palce to catch claims that may have been closed without submitting or claims closed that did not pay what the job card was built for. Explaining these discrepancies and having your accounting staff make those adjustments keeps the books clean and your accounts recievables accurate!
Depending on the cadence that you want us to complete this review and your volume affects the fee for this service.
Training is an additional area we are branching into. This training is specific to working on your processes for builiding better claims. We will give you the tools and tips necessary to be better at what you already do! We do not train warranty administrators we work with technicians, service advisors, and managment to make sure they are checking the items they are responsible for in building your claims!
Pricing for this service is also varible based on the number of days the visit would be and distance from home. Expenses will include flight, stay, and transportation but this training is an investment that will continue to pay dividends for your dealership!
