GM accessory repair labor operations

Use this document when looking at performing accessory repairs under warranty:

Up to 0.3 hr — Labor Op 0602608
0.4 Up to 0.6 hr — Labor Op 0602708
0.7 Up to 1.0 hr — Labor Op 0602808
1.1 Up to 1.5 hr — Labor Op 0602908

Rental Timeline

With the changes of sending extended rentals through the Warranty Support Center this will be important to collect as much as possible on your rentals.

Some things to keep in mind:

Shop capacity delays are not claimable time
Beyond 6 days requires a timeline of events
Tac and Spac cases are great supporting information
Rental agreements must be renewed every 30 days
