Finlen Warranty Processing is a third-party warranty processing company. We take on a position typically held at a dealership.We handle getting the dealership reimbursed for manufacture warranty repairs. Meaning, if the vehicle is covered under the new vehicle warranty, parts warranty, recall, warranty extension, or special coverage we work with the dealership and Manufacturer to get the dealership paid for the work they performed.
We audit, code, submit, and track claims. Whenever possible, claims are submittedwithin 24 hours of receiving.
Claims are tracked and worked with both an Excel document and a Word document. The Excel File is a daily tracker of claims handled and a monthly summary provided to dealers at invoicing. The Word document has action items for the dealership, claims that need addressed before they can be submittedand include items needed if the claim has returned needing additional information.
When claims pay, the amount is recorded and investigated for discrepancies on the Excel document. Weprovide the dealership with any adjustments that would need to be made to balance their accounts receivable for warranty.
